Dave's Top Wine Deals for August

With our series, “Dave’s Top Wine Deals,” our wine manager Dave Bishop is sharing some great wines at even better prices. Check out his top picks for August below!
Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley 2014 ($29.99, save $10)

A big, full-bodied, boisterous Cabernet Sauvignon that has a dense ruby/purple color, notes of tobacco leaf, blackcurrants and black cherries, with a touch of woodsmoke. This is a beauty – dense, rich, and structured, but capable of lasting 20 or more years. — 97 points, Robert Parker

O’Fournier ‘B Crux” Red Blend Chile ($14.99, save $10)

Everything about this Tempranillo-led blend rings true. It’s full and flush on the nose, with clean berry and snappy tomato and spice notes. The mouthfeel is bold with darts of acidity. With red berry flavors, the finish is juicy. Drink through 2019. — 90 points, Wine Enthusiast

Les Perdrix Rosé 2016 Rhone Valley, France ($13.99, save $3)

Our favorite French Rosé at the moment! Pale pink with wild strawberry, cherry and raspberry notes. Flavors are generous and harmonious.
Cheers!
