Brewer’s notes: “You only turn 25 once! This beer celebrates our 25th year as South Carolina’s first craft brewery,
and to mark the occasion, we’re turning our original Amber Ale up a notch … or two.
Clocking in at 9.3% ABV, it’s bigger than the original, but you’ll immediately recognize a familiar sweetness in the malt profile.
Light additions of Chinook, Columbus, and Nugget keep things balanced with a slightly earthy and spicy hop character.
For an added twist, oak-aging results in a sweeter finish with subtle but distinct hints of vanilla and even more pronounced caramel tones.
