Conceived with our good friends at Salud Cerveceria, our Grisette emerged from the small farms that feed
NC’s Riverbend Malt House, became sour and assertive in our brewhouse with the addition of our house Lactobacillus culture,
and realized its glorious full potential when fermented with a blend of Champagne and Saison yeasts
and dry-hopped with a purposeful load of pungent American hops.
This headdress is adorned with the most beautiful bouquet of key lime,
mandarin orange, and floral banana and erupts on the palate with a brisk, dry acidity. Salud.”
