Charleston Distilling Carolina Reaper Vodka
Don’t let the name scare you, this vodka has a slight heat and all the flavor of our state’s famous pepper. It’s the perfect addition to any Bloody Mary and is also great for cooking. High Wire Distilling New Southern Revival Rye Whiskey
Made with 75% of ancient Italian Abruzzi, an heirloom grain grown in the Carolinas for centuries, this whiskey is prized for its hardy backbone and complex nutty flavors. Heirloom white corn completes the blend and adds a touch of sweetness to compliment the boldness of the rye. Hat Trick Gin, Hat Trick Barrel Rested Gin, Sorghum Whiskey, 4-Grain Bourbon, Southern Amaro Liqueur, Hometown Vodka, and the famous Jimmy Red Corn are also amazing local products of High Wire.
Nippitaty Distillery Gin
Locally-made from 100% organic grain neutral spirits infused with 12 superior botanicals, and crafted from the union of two choice recipes. Nippitaty’s flagship gin is crisp, balanced, and clean. Mix with local Jack Rudy tonic for a truly delicious, all-Charleston gin and tonic.
Dixie Vodka
Dixie likes to sweep up awards wherever their vodka is tasted. Whether its their Black Pepper Vodka in your Sunday Bloody, Wildflower Honey in your favorite Spring cocktail, or the Original in your vodka tonic, Dixie is a local favorite across the board.
Holy City Spirits Honey Ghost
Holy City Spirits Honey and Honey Ghost are made using honey from second-generation local beekeepers. Honey Ghost is the classic honey flavor with ghost chilis added. The bees work hard to make their honey and in return, they made the Queen Bee their legal partner to help protect her and her 72 workers… no really! How cool is that?!
