Cathead Pecan Vodka
Cathead Vodka Pecan Pecan is the first original pecan vodka in the marketplace, and currently the only pecan vodka.Our pecans come from Bass Pecan, a Mississippi based company, just down the road from Cathead Distillery. 70 Proof Maceration Process: 4-6 weeks Sweetened with Louisiana Cane Sugar A very careful maceration, accompanied with a stainless steel aging process allows the roasted pecans to add a depth of flavors to this vodka.
Cathead Pecan Vodka Mississippi Mule:
1 ounce Cathead Distillery Pecan Vodka
1/2 cup Ginger Infused Simple Syrup
1 cup club soda (substitute: unsweetened lime flavored sparkling water)
1 fresh lime, juiced
2 lime wedges for garnish
Ginger Infused Simple Syrup:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
Fill 2 copper mugs with ice.
Pour 1/2 ounce Pecan vodka over ice in each cup.
Add 1/4 cup Ginger Infused Simple Syrup in each cup
Add 1/2 cup of club soda or sparkling water in each cup.
Juice half a lime in each cup.
Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
Stir and enjoy.

2oz Baileys Pumpkin Liqueur
4oz Warm milk steeped with chai tea bag
Combine Baileys and warm milk steeped with chai tea bag. Top with whipped cream.

William Wolf Sour:
¼ oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
1 Egg white
1 Dash of Peach bitters
1 Dash of Angostra bitters
¾ oz. of Fresh lemon juice
Garnish with a Thyme sprig
Dry shake (no ice). When you see foam, throw ice in. Shake. Serve in a coupe glass. Take lemon zest and spray inside out.
