Brewer’s notes: Our Brune uses a dark Belgian Candi syrup made from beet sugar for a hint of sweetness, and lightly kilned malts for toasty, fresh baked bread notes. The result is malty and complex with a dry finish, and lots of fruity Belgian yeast notes.
