This Thursday, August 30, come get an early taste of a new restaurant coming to Coleman Blvd. this fall, Butcher & the Boar. The team from Butcher & the Boar will be here from 4 to 7 p.m. during our Tap Takeover event, sampling a few of their house-made sausages in store.
Butcher & the Boar sausages are made with the best ingredients utilizing old-world preparation techniques. Each recipe is crafted to create juicy, distinctly flavorful sausages made with 100% natural heritage-breed pork, natural casings, fresh spices and garlic. They are fully-cooked, gluten-free and contain no MSG. Check out the different varieties available to sample below:
Bratwurst – Traditional German style bratwurst with nutmeg, mace, white pepper, and ginger flavors.
Spicewurst – Spiced with jalapeno, cayenne, paprika, and red pepper flakes with notes of allspice and marjoram.
Cheddarwurst – Dominant flavors of smoke, onion, cayenne, sage, and nutmeg with the addition of cheddar cheese.
