There are 2 tariff disputes at the US Trade Rep office that will potentially tax all European wine and spirits at 100% due when the product enters the country. These tariffs are a response to “Large Civil Aircraft” and “Digital Service Tax” disputes and have nothing to do with the wine or hospitality industry.
