On November 8th, 2018, the most deadly wildfire in California history broke out in the hills above the Sierra Nevada Brewery in Chico. 85 people lost their lives, 13,000 lost their homes, and 153,000 acres were burned. In the days after, Sierra Nevada committed to brewing Resilience Butte County Proud IPA and donating 100% of the profits to their Camp Fire Relief Fund. They asked for help donating ingredients, time, and labor and the response they received was incredible.
