One of Matt's favorite wines is Carlos Serres Viura Tempranillo Blanco. After visiting the winery in Spain he fell in love with this crisp and refreshing wine. Perfect for grilling and beating the summer heat.

While in Spain, Matt discovered an outstanding gin. Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin Is unique, as it is made using locally grown Albariño grapes, which add a sweetly floral aroma.
